I droped my car at a firstone auto care to fix my tail and brake lights. when i went to pick it up i discoverd that the car’s engine is very loud and the brakes are not working properly. I paid them and discovered the problem in their parking lot! what shall i do?

I had a problem with firestone once, looked up their corporate site online and contacted a regional manager. The y called me fairly quick, that manager contacted me personally and met me at the firestone store and resolved the problem professionally. An employee may have put the car on a lift incorrectly and damaged a brake line or exhaust system. The regional manager should meet you at the store and show you the underside of the car and address your concerns.

go over thr repair order withhim to see if the tech that worked on it made any note of it if he didn’t then he messed with it while doing the repair
by right the tech suppose to note down any problems beside the customer concern for bringing the car in the first place
i work at a dealerships parts dept and i deal with our shop techs and they must note down anything else that might be wrong with the customer car like if its leaking any fluids and such
